The launch management suite of modules provide the mechanisms to deliver an electronic build ticket to our process control devices. 
The e-ticket can be delivered to SmartBuilder stations which manage the queue and guarantee the dissemination of tickets to individual stations.
A higher level module (SmartLaunch) can communicate with a customer partner over a variety of methods  and then process e-tickets to all
